Dumpster Pad Cleaning
Degrease and sanitize the corral and pad to control odor, deter pests, and stop grease runoff.
A mobile hot-water pressure washing unit, on-board water tank, and floor attachments travel to your property. This is the same crew and equipment behind our NFPA 96 hood and exhaust cleaning, now available for restaurants, commercial buildings, fleet yards, and job sites across Calgary.
We already service commercial kitchens for hood and exhaust compliance, so we understand what a working restaurant needs from the rest of its property: grease-safe cleaning, scheduling around service hours, and no disruption to the front of house.
Degrease and sanitize the corral and pad to control odor, deter pests, and stop grease runoff.
Deep scrub and degrease for kitchen, back-of-house, and front-of-house hard floors.
Grease, spills, and traffic grime lifted from high-visibility drive-thru lanes.
Restore patios, decks, and outdoor seating areas ahead of peak season.
Recurring schedules and consistent documentation across every property in a portfolio — windows, walkways, exteriors, and shared amenities handled by one crew instead of several.
Streak-free interior and exterior glass for storefronts, lobbies, and office fronts.
Pressure washing of sidewalks, entryways, and building approaches.
Siding, brick, stucco, and EIFS — low-pressure soft wash where the surface calls for it.
Soft-wash cleaning for fabric and metal awnings and canopies.
Corrals, gates, and bins washed and sanitized on a schedule that suits multi-tenant properties.
At a transport yard, the loading areas take as much abuse as the fleet parked on them. We clean loading docks and bays on the same mobile unit — for the yard pavement itself, see parkade and parking surface cleaning below.
Grease, debris, and stains cleared from loading docks and bays.
Need the trucks and trailers themselves washed, not just the yard? See our mobile equipment and fleet washing service.
Parkades, surface parking lots, and parking ramps carry a full winter's worth of salt, sand, and grime by the time the weather turns. Spring is when it gets cleaned off, before it sits and stains the concrete for another season. We pressure wash parkades, surface lots, and ramps for property managers, restaurants, and fleet yards across Calgary.
Clearing that salt is not only a cosmetic decision. The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association notes that deicing chemicals increase the saturation of concrete at the surface and the number of freezing and thawing cycles it goes through, and its guidance is to hose off the salt cars deposit on concrete slabs when conditions permit. Left in place, that accumulation contributes to scaling — the flaking and peeling of the concrete surface itself.
Oil stains on concrete get particular attention. A stain left by a leaking vehicle is not the same as grease tracked in from a kitchen or a grease bay, and it does not respond to the same treatment. Reading which one you are looking at — oil, surface grease, or chemical residue — before choosing a chemical is something our crew learned from degreasing kitchen exhaust systems, not from parking lot work alone.
| Stain type | How it presents | What it needs |
|---|---|---|
| Surface grease | Sits on top of the concrete rather than in it, and often remains slightly tacky. | Hot water and a standard degreasing pass. |
| Penetrating oil | Dark and soaked into the pores of the slab, with a flat, matte finish. | Drawing the oil back out of the concrete before degreasing the surface. |
| Chemical residue | Can look identical to grease, but does not lift under ordinary degreasing. | A different chemistry entirely. Misreading this is why a stain survives repeated washes. |

On an active site, we pressure wash what stays behind — laydown yard concrete, site office and sales trailer exteriors, hoarding, and signage — so the site presents well for inspections, sales visits, and safety walkthroughs.
For the excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery itself, that is a separate service with its own equipment and process.
Graffiti removal in Calgary starts with the surface, not the product. Brick, concrete, stucco, painted surfaces, metal, glass, and wood each hold paint differently, and a chemical that lifts a tag cleanly from one can etch, dull, or strip another. We assess the surface before choosing any treatment — the same discipline we apply to reading a grease stain before degreasing it. Tagging is handled on the same visit as everything else on the property, and gum removal from walkways and entryways is handled the same way.
Speed matters more with graffiti than with almost any other exterior cleaning. The City of Calgary advises that graffiti should be removed within 72 hours, and notes that the longer it stays up, the more likely additional graffiti will occur — a tag that sits invites the next one. Property owners are also required under the City's Community Standards Bylaw to remove or cover graffiti on their premises. We offer same-day and next-day response for graffiti across Calgary, and if a tag reappears, we remove it again.
Porous masonry holds paint in its texture, so the surface is assessed before any chemical is chosen. On heavily porous brick or concrete a faint shadow of the tag can remain, and we say so before we start.
Tagging on painted walls and exteriors, lifted with a treatment matched to the coating underneath rather than one chemical for every wall.
Doors, roll-up shutters, dumpsters, poles, and signage, assessed for the finish underneath before treatment so the tag comes off and the finish stays.
Paint and marker tagging on storefront glass and windows, removed so the pane is clear again for the front of the business.
Wood is soft and porous, so it gets the gentlest approach of any surface we treat, on fences, siding, and construction hoarding.
Available on request after removal, not applied by default. We will raise it if a surface is being tagged repeatedly.

We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We show up on schedule, every time, and stand behind the work.
The team that has serviced 61 commercial kitchens across Calgary for NFPA 96 hood and exhaust cleaning runs this service too.
Fully insured, WCB-covered crew with documented service records you can hand to a landlord, inspector, or head office.
Recurring schedules and consistent reporting across every location, for property managers and multi-unit operators.
A Calgary property had already been pressure washed twice by other companies. The grease stains were still visible afterward. We identified the residue as chemical, not surface grease, and cleared it in 45 minutes.
That distinction is not something a general pressure washing outfit runs into every day. Reading a surface and picking the right chemistry is something hood and exhaust work teaches you — from degreasing ducts and kitchen appliances where grease bakes on and ordinary washing does not touch it. It is why a compliance cleaning company handles grease better than a general pressure washing company, and why this work is done by the same crew that handles hood and exhaust cleaning, not a separate one.
We focus on commercial properties — restaurants, commercial buildings, transport yards, and construction sites. If you are unsure whether your property qualifies, call and we will let you know.
Every job is priced individually. Height, surface type, and soil level all change the amount of work involved, so we do not publish flat rates. Call for a quote based on your property.
No. Our unit carries its own water tank and hot-water system, so we do not need a hookup at your site to get to work.
We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, High River, and Cochrane.
Brick, concrete, stucco, painted surfaces, metal, glass, and wood can all be treated. Each is assessed on-site before any chemical is chosen, because the right treatment for one surface can damage another. On heavily porous brick or concrete a faint shadow of the tag can remain, and we tell you that before we start.
Yes. Many jobs are scheduled after close or before open so the work does not interrupt your business.
