- Walkthrough. We walk the building with you, note square footage, washrooms, floor types and any problem areas.
- Written scope and price. A clear checklist of what gets cleaned and how often, with a fixed monthly or per-visit price.
- Scheduled crew. The same trained crew comes on a set schedule, after hours or around your operations.
- Checklist reports. Each visit is checked against the agreed checklist, and issues are reported back to you so nothing slides.

How often can you clean?
Daily, several times a week, weekly or biweekly. We set the frequency with you at the walkthrough based on traffic and the building.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most commercial cleaning is done after hours or around your operations so staff and customers are not disrupted.
Are you insured?
Yes. Northern Hood & Exhaust carries $5,000,000 commercial general liability and WCB Alberta coverage, and is BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
Do you work outside Calgary?
Yes: Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks and surrounding communities, including municipal facilities outside the city.
Do you also clean kitchen exhaust hoods?
Yes. Hood and exhaust cleaning to NFPA 96 is our core service, so facilities with commercial kitchens can use one company for both.
